The Very Beginning

Starting sometime in August between the 15th and 22nd I will begin my year as a Rotary exchange student in the beautiful country of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The country's capitol city, Sarajevo, will become my new home for the duration of my exchange. Throughout my time away I will use this blog as a documentation of my experiences; I have no idea what to expect, how different living there will be from my home in New Hampshire, if I will ever learn the language, or if I will l grow accustom to their cuisine... being a vegetarian may make things a little tricky! Going away as an exchange student has always been an aspiration of mine; I am so excited to embark on this incredible journey and explore a new part of the world. I hope you enjoy my story!
